Spring into a New Seasonal Menu

We’re dusting off our lighter jackets and digging through the back of our closets to find our sunnies, maxi dresses and boat shoes. The birds are chirping, the days are getting lighter and we’re feeling better about London life. Welcome to Spring!

 

And with London skipping straight into our favourite time of year, our chefs are, naturally, in the kitchen whipping up an incredible newly inspired seasonal menu.

 

We’re talking plenty of sharing plates for you and your mates, like Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, Calamari, and Caprese Farro salad with pesto. And our chefs know how to create the perfect bread and burger bites as well. (Leave us with all the carbs please.) Go for the Pulled Ham, Gorganzola and pear Foccacia or the ultimate classic Yorkshire Wagu Beef burger complete with smoked cheddar and bacon jam.

 

We’re also introducing an amazing selection of seasonal salads, with the freshest ingredients. The Salmon, orange, sugar snap peas, fine green beans, rocket is a must have. Or perhaps you’ll fancy the Wheatberry, apple pomegranate rocket and cherry tomato? You can almost taste the spring/summer with every bite.

 

Of course, we wouldn’t leave you without tantalising mains. Try the exotic Swordfish with Chimichurri dressing, lemon and rocket or the feel good, mouth-watering BBQ Slow Cooked Beef Rib. Almost as if you’d slow cooked it by the fire outside on a breezy summer night. And get ready, because a helping of the Truffle Mac and Cheese is now on the new menus! It’s feel good comfort food with the spicy variety that we crave in the spring and summertime.

 

Last but certainly not least… desserts. Our new favourites to the collection is the Peach melba Eaton mess and the passion fruit yoghurt fool. Light and airy.
